Chip Volke is a Registered Nurse, Personal Trainer, and Strength Coach with over 20 years of experience. He completed his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Jacksonville University. If that was not enough, he also has a second  bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida, and is a NASM-CPT.  Chip has been obsessed with strength training since he was a teenager. A competitive athlete his whole life, he saw how strength training improved his performance on and off the field and was hooked ever since.

Chip specializes in personalized, progressive strength training for athletes of all ages and physical capabilities.  His experience as a nurse and deep understanding of anatomy and physiology have shaped his clinical approach to training.  This approach is what allows him to work with such a wide range of athletes and clients.  He’s helped strength athletes breakthrough plateaus and post-op hip patients achieve a deep squat again.  His personalized progression plans allow nearly any goal to be achieved.

Strength training is the science of tracking projections, and frankly, no one does it better than he does, which is why his clients see almost continuous strength and mobility improvements. In his spare time, he likes to lift, spend time with his wife and kids, and hang by the pool. He is an avid Miami Dolphin’s fan and sports enthusiast. When he isn’t lifting or watching sports he’s been known to be pretty good with a paddle, playing ping pong.
